"JourneyEd Europe is the resource for many kinds of software when families and students get serious about learning and education. Journey provides legal software, with user guides, tutorials and so on, at greatly reduced prices and delivers right to the door step, any software, any language," says Reinhardt. In 2004 when JourneyEd Europe was launched, the customer base was 99 percent students. In 2007 , this number has moved to 70 percent students, 20 percent educators and 10 percent institutions. Reinhardt notes that JourneyEd Europe has great coverage in the UK and DACH Region, where it has the language, the operations, the team, the currency, the banking, the shipping and the marketing in place to reach all the students and institutions. "For the rest of Europe, we are missing the localization/ the language. However, we do ship throughout Europe and have the operations (Europe wide toll free number, for example), the team, the currency, the banking, shipping and do marketing to institutions," he adds. |
