PaymentWe accept personal checks, money orders, bank certified checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Orders for in-stock items that are paid by Money order, Bank Certified Check or Credit Card are processed and shipped with in 48 hours of order receipt provided valid verification has been received. Orders that are paid by Personal and Business Checks are cleared for authorization through TeleCheck®. All orders that are paid by Personal and Business Checks and are "cleared" will be processed and shipped with in 48 hours providing valid verification has been received. For clearing purposes, Personal and Business Checks over $1,000 are held 10 business days before we ship order. No surcharge is added for credit card orders. Your credit card is not charged until we ship your product. We charge sales tax where applicable. ReturnsSoftware: Within 30 days of purchase software may be returned for a refund for any reason provided the sealed software package has not been opened and is in resalable condition. Hardware: Within 14-days of purchase. Hardware must be returned in original unopened packaging and in a resalable condition. All return items, must be pre-authorized and issued an RMA number. Journey will not accept returns without an RMA number. A restocking fee of 15% or $45 (whichever is less) will be assessed for any returned item. Original shipping cost is not refundable. Return shipping cost is paid by customer. We recommend all returns are shipped a traceable manor as Journey is not responsible for lost on non-delivered return goods. To return items, call Customer Service 1-800-874-9001 for an RMA number. International Sales: All orders will ship out either FedEx International or FedEx Economy International. For Australia, Europe, Mexico, and New Zealand orders, the price for the Goods stated on this website or in our catalog is excluding VAT or any other tax. VAT or other tax collection will be required upon delivery by the delivery service. Canadian orders - All orders will ship out either FedEx International or FedEx Next Day International. We do not offer UPS ground or other carriers as an alternative shipping method for international shipments. Low Price GuaranteeShop with comfort.
