Minimum Order:
1 Unit for CTL and $10,000 minimum purchase for initial contractual (CCL) orders.
Mix & Match:
For CCL orders, products & maintenance may be combined to meet minimum $10K.
Reorder:
1 Unit for CCL (Requires License Certificate Number beginning with "400" or "401" preceeded by 5 digits). CTL is transactional.
Upgrades:
Available through maintenance only.
Maintenance:
Yes, for most products. Must be purchased at time of license order. Maintenance is for a 2 year term from time of order.
Concurrency:
Not Available
Media & Manuals:
May purchase shrink wrap copy OR Licensing Media and/or Doc pack. Orders for media must be placed at time of license order and may not exceed quantity of number of licenses being ordered.
